Product Designer

Responsibilities include designing digital user interfaces, creating graphics, and developing new experiences or layouts that define scalable systems for mobile and web applications, focusing on user experience and aesthetics. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to iterate and oversee the user experience from concept through launch while maintaining high design quality.

Responsibilities

• Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define scalable systems for mobile and web-based applications and technologies
• Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar for quality
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences or a related field
• Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in building and shipping applications or software
• Interaction design experience, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
• Prototyping experience, including creation of interactive, clickable prototypes
• Visual design experience, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography
