The Lead RFP Graphic Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design of high-impact RFPs and proposal materials, translating complex content into clear, persuasive, and visually compelling documents aligned with business objectives. This includes owning the visual structure, designing custom layouts, charts, and infographics, and collaborating closely with sales and subject-matter experts to shape the proposal narrative.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-impact RFPs, proposals, and client pitch materials
- Own the visual structure and narrative flow of RFP responses
- Design and develop custom PowerPoint presentations and InDesign documents
- Collaborate with sales leaders, proposal managers, and subject-matter experts to interpret requirements and recommend design approaches
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working on RFP projects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software such as PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
