Junior Graphic Designer

This role supports the creation of design and production solutions across digital, social, web, and print media, contributing to creative projects with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include supporting brand campaigns, executing creative assets, and gaining experience throughout the full design process from concept through launch and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of design assets for social, email, web, and print-based projects
- Ensure designs are on brand and aligned with the company's brand purpose
- Collaborate with team members on creative projects and contribute to meeting project timelines
- Assist with the design process from concept to final production
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the execution of creative campaigns
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Interaction Design
- 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or relevant internship experience
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, and InDesign
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS
- Working knowledge of UX/UI strategies and processes
