Senior Product Designer - Product & Experience

The Senior Product Designer will lead the creation of user-centric digital products, focusing on complex transformation programs in financial services and energy, increasingly leveraging AI to improve user outcomes. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, translating user needs into designs (including AI-assisted interactions), overseeing design delivery, and building scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and lead discovery activities to shape design strategies
- Translate user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Design intuitive interactions, ensuring clarity, explainability, and user control
- Oversee design delivery, managing roadmaps, timelines
- Build scalable, reusable design systems, including patterns for AI-driven components
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
- Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and ethical AI use
Requirements
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products across UX and UI
- Strong storytelling, research, and communication skills
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe, and prototyping platforms
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with data science or ML teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curiosity and working knowledge of AI in product design
