The role involves the end-to-end creation of high-performing static and video assets, such as Facebook ad creatives and YouTube explainer videos, aimed at driving qualified solar leads in the US market. Responsibilities include owning the creative process from concept to execution while integrating AI tools to boost efficiency and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end creation of high-performing static and video assets that drive qualified solar leads in the US market
- Own the creative process from concept to execution while integrating AI tools to increase production efficiency and creative experimentation
- Self-manage deadlines, optimize based on performance data, and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
- 4 + years of professional graphic and video design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work
- Technical Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Proficient in Canva
- Strong understanding of aspect ratios, platform specifications, and ad-first design
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Ability to leverage AI for ideation, scripting, visual generation, and video production
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI platforms to improve output and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
