- Lead and develop a multi-discipline OoP design systems engineering team
- Establish technical strategy and priorities for OoP design activities
- Manage multiple OoP projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years leading engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
