Product Designer I - Development Program 2026

Designers will support the design lifecycle by working on cross-team, impactful projects, focusing on building and maintaining the Design System and improving interface usability and consistency. They will also leverage data-driven insights to design new layouts and refine existing interfaces, owning designs through production hand-off and validating work via user testing.
Responsibilities
- Work on cross-team, impactful projects
- Support the design lifecycle and deliver in a fast, reliable, and high-quality way
- Work on building and maintaining our Design System
- Improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency of our interfaces
- Design new layouts and refine existing interfaces
- Produce clean, organized design files
- Own your designs all the way to production with a seamless hand-off to the engineering team
- Validate what you build using user testing and prototyping technologies
- Actively integrate AI into your daily workflow
Requirements
- Great alignment with our principles
- Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with English and Spanish
