Sr. UI Designer

This role is responsible for leading the visual and UI design for digital experiences across the web and software interfaces, while also developing and maintaining a robust design system for consistency. Key duties include defining brand guidelines for digital touchpoints and collaborating closely with developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual and UI design for digital experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Define and uphold brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
- Conduct user research and create high-fidelity mockups
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Experience building and implementing design systems
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design
