The Senior UX Researcher will create and conduct end-to-end UX research to guide product and business decisions, connecting user voice with strategy and ensuring methodological quality. Key activities include planning and executing research from briefing to reporting, mapping market behavior, creating executive reports, and negotiating scope/deadlines with internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Create and conduct UX research to guide product and business decisions
- Elaborate plans and conduct research from briefing to reporting
- Map market behavior and movement
- Create and present executive reports
- Work with internal areas and departments
Requirements
- Formation superior in Communication, Propaganda and Marketing, Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Anthropology or related areas
- Experience in applied research to digital product/service
- Experience in analysis of consumer behavior
- Intermediate English
