Senior Product Designer
Amp 🇮🇱 Tel-Aviv, Tel Aviv Subdistrict, Israel
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for rapidly creating impactful and elegant solutions while solving complex UX challenges and transforming them into simple, user-friendly experiences. This role involves taking full ownership from prototyping to final implementation, partnering with Product Managers and UX Researchers, and collaborating closely with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems while maintaining the highest visual standards
- Solve complex UX challenges, transforming them into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Take full ownership of your work cycle, from early prototypes to final pixel-perfect implementation
- Partner with Product Managers and UX Researchers to ensure a polished and delightful user experience
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the product at the forefront of design innovation
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Present and communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating abilities
- Experience working on consumer-facing tech products
- Proven experience designing delightful, polished, high-end, pixel-perfect experiences
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing digital products
- Deep understanding of mobile design conventions, usability, and user experience principles
- Ability to oversee projects from start to finish
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Strong aesthetic and visual skills
- Uncompromising passion for great design and curiosity about the latest trends in the field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in visual communication, HCI, interaction design, or equivalent experience
