The Lead Product Designer will co-develop the product vision and design strategy with leadership, focusing on building the product by engaging from problem definition through impact measurement. They are responsible for structuring and guaranteeing the coherence and quality of deliverables across all design stages while championing the adoption of AI tools and contributing to the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop the product vision and design strategy with the Design Director and Group Product Managers
- Build the product, not just design it: Engage from problem definition, challenge assumptions, co-create solutions, and measure their real impact
- Structure and guarantee the coherence and quality of deliverables at every stage
- Deliver measurable business impact by proposing effective, compelling, and innovative design solutions
- Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day practice
- Maintain an active watch on new tools, methods, and design & AI practices
Requirements
- Seasoned expert: 6+ years of Product Design experience on complex B2B SaaS products
- Product builder at heart: Track record of shipped features or products with measurable impact
- AI-native practice: Actively use Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, v0 in your workflow
- Beyond Figma: Operate upstream (strategy, discovery) and downstream (implementation, impact measurement)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Take ownership of the product, work with passion, and consistently strive to exceed expectations
- Fluent in French and English
