The Product Designer will support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across marketing websites and core platforms, such as the awards entry system, contributing to problem exploration and translating needs into usable designs through development to release. Key accountabilities include creating clear, intuitive designs, adapting problem-solving approaches, assisting with user-centered design activities, and taking ownership of smaller projects or features.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong interest in UI and visual design
- Experience in product design
- Familiarity with industry software such as Figma
- Understanding of user-centered design
- Collaborative and communicative
