(Senior) Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) (m/w/d)

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the continuous development of the Broker product, focusing on user-centric experiences and maintaining a consistent Design System. This involves translating functional requirements into compelling UX concepts and ensuring high design quality across all interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the holistic UX/UI design of the broker product
• Close collaboration with Product Management to develop and sharpen product concepts
• Further development and maintenance of the design system, including the definition of new components
• Proactive identification and conception of new features and use cases, as well as their rapid validation through prototyping
• Active contribution to the product and introduction of own ideas, supported by a strong product-driven mindset and openness to the use of AI

Requirements

• Fundamental expertise in Figma and design systems
• 3-7 years of practical UX/UI experience, ideally with a connection to financial products or a finance study
• Strong communication skills, independent and proactive work, and genuine interest in current design and finance trends
• Strong German language skills, written and spoken
• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
