The role involves leading the end-to-end design process for core products, focusing on making complex AI features intuitive across structure and hierarchy while maintaining a fluid user experience. Responsibilities also include driving the creation and iteration of the product design system and defining the visual language for AI-native products.
Responsibilities
- Product Interface & Interaction Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for Flowith’s core products
- Design System Architecture & Maintenance: Drive the creation and iteration of the product design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and visual standards
- Product Visual Style Exploration: Collaboratively define and push the boundaries of AI-native visual language
- Build a distinct brand identity that balances "tech-forward" aesthetics with high readability, consistently elevating the product’s overall texture and quality
Requirements
- Solid Design Fundamentals & Aesthetic Standards
- Proficient in Figma and other mainstream design tools
- Proven experience in full-cycle product design, from information architecture to high-fidelity interface implementation
- Experience in building or maintaining Design Systems is highly preferred
- AI Product Sense & Vibe Coding Ability
- Basic Motion Design (Bonus)
