Product Designer (Remote)

The Product Designer will lead the design strategy and execution for the core Media OS customer journey, owning all design artifacts from concept through development. This role requires deeply understanding customer outcomes, conducting research, and translating complex healthcare data into user-friendly insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Media OS
- Play a pivotal role in transforming complex healthcare audience data into actionable insights that improve and empower media planning, buying, and analytics teams
- Work on the cutting edge of AI, data visualization, and cloud-native solutions to define the next generation of healthcare marketing
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to prioritize design requests, define requirements, and remove obstacles
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- A human-centric approach to analysis with working knowledge of usability and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in Figma and Pendo
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
