Sr Product Designer

This role involves driving human-centered design solutions for mobile and web applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end design process from discovery through final handoff and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality, human-centered design solutions for mobile and web applications
- Partner closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to shape the product vision
- Lead end-to-end design processes- from discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final handoff
- Apply strategic and analytical thinking to design systems and flows that support scalability and evolving product needs
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing structured feedback, sharing best practices, and ensuring design consistency across platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI)
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product workflows, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, etc.
- Ability to create and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience leading user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into design iterations
- Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
