Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing various visual content, including presentations, infographics, reports, and social media graphics, while also creating motion graphics and basic video content. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content including presentations, infographics, reports, brochures, and social media graphics
- Create motion graphics and basic video content (animations, GIFs, short-form video)
- Translate complex information and data into clear visual formats
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding, marketing, and communication materials
- Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and revisions simultaneously
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Review and proof designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Support updates to branding, templates, and design systems
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, print design, and motion graphics
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion/video tools
- Experience designing for social media, web, and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on infrastructure, construction, or public sector projects
- Experience supporting large-scale programs or transit-related initiatives
- Familiarity with UX/UI design or web design principles preferred
