This role involves leading the creation of high-quality, user-focused design solutions for mobile and web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences. The designer will manage the entire design process from discovery through delivery while promoting user-centered decisions supported by data.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams to define the product vision
- Manage the entire design process, from initial discovery and brainstorming to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
- Utilize strategic and analytical approaches to develop design systems and workflows that support scalability and adapt to changing product demands
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI)
- Robust portfolio featuring complex product workflows, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-intensive tools
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like FigJam and Miro
- Capability to develop and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
