The role involves leading end-to-end design processes for complex projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring design quality and consistency across all products. This includes partnering with leadership to define vision and strategy, collaborating with engineering for implementation, and conducting user research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all products
• Partner with leadership to define product vision, UX goals, and design strategies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth design implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with UX research
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving design processes and deliverables

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions (B2B experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (primary), Sketch, etc.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
