The role is responsible for gathering user requirements and feedback, synthesizing this information to define high-impact features and product enhancements. Responsibilities also include delivering the best user experience solutions and participating in product research and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Gather user requirements and feedback, synthesizing the requirements, and defining high-impact features and product enhancements
- Participate in product research and user acceptance testing to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns, develop event-driven opportunities, and enhance the website's competitive content
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory, and design systems across web and digital products
- Familiarity with designing for web and responsive experiences
- Ability to contribute to UI/UX design, branding elements, and basic iconography
