The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for digital products, partnering with cross-functional teams to transform business goals into user-centric designs that drive acquisition and engagement. Key tasks include conducting user research, iterating on designs based on insights, maintaining the design system, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney's digital products and front-end channels
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools like Figma
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms
- Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization
- Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI
- A robust portfolio showcasing digital/mobile design projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
