Onsite Full-time Senior

The Senior UX Designer will contribute to user experience design across the product portfolio, focusing on user research, producing UX/UI deliverables, and maintaining UX standards and the design system. This role involves collaborating with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions for Clinicians, Clients, and Associates.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept through implementation
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure feasibility
  • Participate in the planning and completion of user research using various methodologies
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Lead the creation and documentation of a comprehensive design system
  • Establish design standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices
  • Present design work and research findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
  • Proven experience participating in user research and translating insights into design
  • Expertise in design tools (Figma preferred)
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems
