Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for the Manage product, spanning discovery, UX, UI, and delivery, owning the work from initial problem framing through to production-ready UI for hotel operations teams. This role involves mapping, interrogating, and restructuring complex information architecture across a broad, multi-module system to ensure logical and coherent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Manage across discovery, UX, UI and delivery
• Map, interrogate and restructure complex information architecture across a broad, multi-module system
• Run discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, user research, journey mapping and insight synthesis
• Create high-quality flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define requirements, structure features and ship solutions
• Manage your own workload and priorities autonomously
• Present work clearly and persuasively, using rationale, narrative and evidence to bring stakeholders with you and influence direction with confidence

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong track record in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise platforms
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership on large-scale, detail-heavy products
• Exceptional information architecture skills
• Strong UX foundations across the full range
• Strong UI craft with a clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to enterprise interfaces
• Deep familiarity with design systems
• Fluent in Figma, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for prototyping, ideation or workflow acceleration
• Excellent communication skills
