Senior/Staff Growth Product Designer

The Senior/Staff Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for key Product-Led Growth (PLG) surfaces, including signup flows, onboarding, activation, and conversion experiences. This involves working in a cross-functional pod to move fast, make evidence-based decisions, and design experiments that directly impact key business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key PLG surfaces
• Shape the design strategy for your area, working from first principles and customer insight
• Partner with data and research to define what success looks like, instrument your work, and close the loop on what you've shipped
• Run and contribute to design experiments
• Use Pleo's design system fluently and contribute patterns back to it when you spot gaps or opportunities

Requirements

• Significant experience designing in a PLG or growth context
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and measurable impact
• Comfort operating in a highly quantitative environment
• Experience working closely with data science, analytics, and research partners
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring partners along on your design rationale
