Experienced Product Designer (UX, Figma) - Hybrid working model 100%, Ho Chi Minh City

The designer will utilize data-driven and user research insights to define problems and create desirable user experiences across the entire user journey from concept to implementation. Responsibilities include leading projects, contributing to the design system, and working within an agile environment while conducting usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven and user research insights to define problems to solve and inform design decisions
• Take charge of the entire user journey, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across devices
• Lead and collaborate on medium to large projects covering various aspects of the product
• Contribute to the company’s design system together with other designers in the team
• Work in a scrum and agile environment balancing discovery and delivery qualitative work in fast-paced processes and complex technological architectures
• Prepare and conduct usability testing independently in the continuous discovery setup and more complex research with the support of the research team

Requirements

• Fluency in English written and verbal communication
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Proven experience in designing scalable solutions using Figma and other prototyping tools
• Confidence in using AI and no-code tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and digital product design
• Previous experience in designing for optimizing funnels conversion rate and using data from different sources
