The UX Designer will contribute to UX design across product initiatives from discovery through delivery, translating user needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions. Responsibilities include supporting research, using data to inform design decisions, creating flows and high-fidelity UI, and contributing to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design across product initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Help translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions
- Support and participate in research (usability testing, interviews, competitor analysis)
- Use insights and data to inform design decisions
- Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Contribute to and follow our design system to ensure consistency
- Collaborate closely with product, tech, and design peers
- Share feedback and continuously grow your skills and impact
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience designing digital products
- A portfolio that shows solid UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and user research methods
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Fluent in English and Swedish
