Senior Product Designer - ZEOS Design and Research (all genders)

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the design vision and strategy for new multichannel offerings, leading the design of complex customer journeys across multiple services and teams. They will also facilitate design thinking workshops and sprints to guide stakeholders toward innovative solutions and mentor fellow designers.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design of complex customer journeys that cut across multiple pillars, services and teams
• Conducting design thinking workshops and design sprints that leverage user research
• Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively
• Validating and refining concepts with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading by example and producing high-quality work

Requirements

• Experience as a seasoned design professional with B2B experience
• Collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and ability to creatively solve problems
• Craft and expert knowledge in end-to-end product design process
• Experimentation and ability to drive future iterations and features
• Delivery and ability to scope and define deliverables
• Empathy and mindset to understand customers, colleagues and employees
