- Designing video editing tools and workflows that elegantly transition from simple to powerful
- Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to strategize on delivering high-impact features
- Evangelizing and communicating designs through sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations
- Engaging with Engineering to understand the feasibility of designs and proposing smart alternatives
Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases visual and interaction design work and a user-centered design process
- Ability to share design rationale persuasively and concisely to all functions of the organization
- Ability to prototype ideas to get feedback
- Experience conducting user research āfrom contextual inquiry to usability studies āpresenting study results, and acting on insights
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Experience building and shipping software
- Bachelor/Masterās degree in design, or equivalent work experience
