Onsite $60,000 - $80,000 Full-time Mid-level

The consultant will develop partnerships communications strategies, map and design knowledge management platforms for improved user experience, and create compelling visual content for internal and external stakeholders. This role involves designing and redesigning various communication products, contributing to UI/UX development, and supporting corporate publications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Partnerships communications and engagement strategies for the PI department, including branding, communication plans and communication workflows
  • Map and design PI KM platforms to improve accessibility and user experience through clear user interfaces and branding
  • Develop and improve data visualisation and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Design and redesign new and existing communications – WFPGo pages, presentations, landing pages, and other communications products required
  • Contribute to the UI/UX design and development of new tools, user interfaces and the visual improvement of platforms
  • Provide technical support and templates for internal meetings and workshops
  • Support PI annual corporate publications
  • Propose innovative and creative solutions to enhance communication initiatives managed by the teams

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s level) in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, or a closely related field
  • At least 4 years of progressively responsible professional experience in communication design, visual communication, digital content production, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and producing high-quality communication products, including presentations, reports, infographics, digital platforms, and web or intranet content for internal and external audiences
  • Knowledge of visual communication, graphic design, and information design, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling and accessible visuals
  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI principles and user-centred design, particularly for digital platforms, knowledge hubs, or internal tools
  • Proficiency in standard design and layout software and presentation tools, with strong attention to detail and consistency
