Graphic Designer (fixed-term)

The designer will support the Senior Designer and Commercial team by creating clear, engaging visual communication across print and digital, focusing on tenders, presentations, marketing assets, and social media content. Key tasks include owning the design and layout of tender documents, refining Google Slides presentations, and developing visual assets for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Owning parts of the design and layout of tender documents and commercial proposals
- Creating and refining Google Slides presentations in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
- Developing and delivering visual assets for marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Producing high-quality print and digital materials with a strong focus on consistency and craft
- Collaborating closely with the Commercial team to ensure all materials are visually aligned with the brand identity and support business goals
- Contributing ideas and constructive feedback in creative sessions and team discussions
- Taking ownership of day-to-day graphic design initiatives, supporting team priorities and suggesting improvements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,)
- Figma and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) skills
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography and colour theory
- A portfolio showcasing work in branding, marketing or visual design
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
