The UX Designer will translate complex user and business needs into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality experiences across Maerskās digital ecosystem, spanning internal tools, engineering platforms, and customer-facing products. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with the Design System, and evangelizing a user-centered design culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and insights to understand user pain points and generate personas, journey maps, and actionable insights
- Create comprehensive end-to-end workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs address real user needs and business goals
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma and validate concepts through rapid, iterative testing cycles
Requirements
- Solid foundation in UX research, interaction design, and UI design
- Strong mastery of Figma
- Hands-on experience with Figma Make or similar AI-assisted design workflows
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
