Senior Product Designer - 12 Month Fixed Term Role

The role involves leading end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, focusing on shaping clear problem definitions and iterating towards validated outcomes within the Customer Trust and Security Crew. Responsibilities include designing key trust and security experiences like authentication, fraud protection, and account recovery, balancing customer experience with security needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the problem space, driving end-to-end product design from early discovery to solution delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business partners
- Design, test, and iterate on solutions, using customer feedback and behavioural insights to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the design system, applying and evolving it to support consistency and efficiency
- Champion experience excellence across visual design, interaction design, prototyping, and research
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across the full product design lifecycle
- Expert capability in lean UX
- Strong interaction design skills
- Understanding of customer journeys and experience outcomes
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make recommendations backed by evidence
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
