The role involves designing intuitive, AI-powered workflows for enterprise platforms, empowering business analysts to transform raw data into reliable datasets and insights faster. This includes owning the complete design lifecycle from discovery through final delivery while ensuring consistency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive workflows that enable business analysts to transform raw data into insights faster using AI-driven assistance
- Take ownership of the complete design lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and final delivery
- Work on cutting-edge experiences in AI-powered data preparation and analytics
- Translate highly technical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership to influence product direction, prioritize user needs, and ensure high-quality execution
- Identify the "why" behind user needs and break down complex workflows into simple, effective design solutions
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
- Strong belief in solving real problems through simple, functional, and elegant design
- Familiarity with how designs translate into code and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Ability to design scalable solutions and contribute to design systems
- Proven ability to design experiences that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong ability to articulate design decisions, present ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Background in Design or equivalent practical experience
