Graphic Designer (Advertisement portfolio)

The role involves designing high-impact advertising creatives for various digital platforms, including paid social and landing pages, while collaborating with marketing and growth teams. Designers will also adapt and optimize creatives based on performance data and maintain strict brand consistency across all visual assets.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact advertising creatives for paid social, display ads, landing pages, and campaigns
• Develop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand and performance goals
• Use AI-powered design tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate production workflows
• Adapt and optimize creatives based on performance data and feedback
• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams on campaign strategy
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Stay current with design trends, advertising formats, and emerging AI tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertisement-focused portfolio
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concepting)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital advertising formats (social media ads, banners, video thumbnails, etc.)
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
