Product Designer

The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for internal and external products, focusing on deeply technical interfaces used by GPU cluster operators and AI platform engineers. Responsibilities include designing developer-facing products, writing production-quality CSS/markup, building a design system, and conducting lightweight user research with technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end across research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped production UI
• Design developer-facing products: cluster management dashboards, API consoles, job scheduling interfaces, resource utilization views, and alerting and observability surfaces
• Write and maintain production-quality CSS and front-end markup in close collaboration with engineering
• Build and maintain a coherent design system: components and interaction patterns that scale across a growing product surface area
• Conduct lightweight user research with technical audiences: structured interviews, usability sessions, and synthesis of feedback from customer interactions and support escalations
• Work directly with PMs to translate product requirements into interaction models, and with engineers to translate designs into implementation-ready specs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work on complex, data-dense, or developer-facing products
• Demonstrated history of designing developer tools, infrastructure UIs, API management consoles, observability dashboards, or other technically complex interfaces
• Fluency with modern design tooling (Figma required)
• Expert-level CSS
• Strong front-end web proficiency: HTML, component-based frameworks (React or equivalent)
