The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end home loan offer and origination document experiences, working across customer and staff facing platforms to reduce confusion and improve efficiency. Key tasks include contributing to discovery, translating insights into user journeys and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to discovery activities to understand customer and staff needs
  • Design end-to-end offer and origination experiences, from concepts and flows through to polished UI
  • Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and clear, accessible designs
  • Apply systems thinking to help simplify complex, document-heavy journeys and reduce friction for customers and staff
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business partners throughout delivery
  • Design across customer and staff channels, including App, NetBank, HOME and CommSee
  • Contribute to our design system and continuously learn through feedback and iteration

Requirements

  • Experience designing digital products or services in cross-functional teams
  • Strong interaction and UI design skills, with attention to clarity and usability
  • Interest in designing complex, regulated journeys with support and guidance
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and learn through feedback
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for developing your design craft
