The Product Designer will focus on early-funnel digital home buying experiences, designing simpler and more intuitive ways for customers to move from exploration to action. Key responsibilities include designing high-performing digital journeys, reducing friction in lead generation, and translating insights into design artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Design simplified, high-performing digital journeys that help customers move confidently toward action and intent
- Work on key early-funnel experiences that reduce friction to lead, including product information pages, get started flows, appointment booking, and home loan product selection tools
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clear, engaging UI designs
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products or experiences in cross-functional teams
- Strong interaction and UI design skills, with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability
- Interest in discovery-led design, experimentation, and learning through iteration
