Senior Product Designer

Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and translate insights into concepts and prototypes, while creating engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs consistent with the design system. Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle to champion customer-centricity and contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy
- Translate insights into concepts, user flows, scrappy prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs
- Collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle
- Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience at every stage of the product discovery and development process
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital/staff products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and how to apply and execute them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment
