UX & UI Designer:in (w/m/d) Remote

The role involves developing user-centered digital experiences, translating user needs into clear structures, and designing compelling interfaces for websites, microsites, and digital products. Responsibilities also include contributing design strength to digital campaigns, social assets, and occasional print projects to ensure consistent brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Development of user-centered concepts and designs for digital products (especially websites)
• Creation of personas, user flows, wireframes, and information architectures
• Design of modern, responsive user interfaces in Figma
• Setup and maintenance of design systems
• Analysis and derivation of optimizations from qualitative and quantitative insights
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of UX/UI workshops with customers and internal teams
• Concept and design of digital campaigns, social media assets, and occasional print products as part of holistic brand appearances

Requirements

• Completed studies or equivalent training in the UX/UI area
• First professional experience in UX/UI design is an advantage
• Secure handling of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Presentation skills for digital products
• Holistic thinking: from user needs to concept to interface
• Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines, Usability, and Research methods
• Analytical and visual sense for structure, typography, and design trends
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and open to new ideas
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
