The role involves designing new flows for candidate AI-driven job matching, evolving the company-facing dashboard for startups, and defining interaction patterns for a product where AI is the primary actor. Designers will translate complex data into clear interfaces and occasionally shape net-new product concepts.
Responsibilities
- Designing new flows for how candidates experience AI-driven job matching
- Evolving the company-facing dashboard where startups manage pipeline, review talent, and track agent activity
- Defining interaction patterns for a product where the AI is the primary actor and the UI supports oversight, not manual input
- Translating complex data into interfaces that are clear without being dumbed down
- Shaping net-new product concepts from zero
Requirements
- Experience in designing product UI/UX for software companies
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or tools with meaningful complexity
- Ability to think in flows and states, not just screens
- Consideration of empty states, error cases, loading, edge cases
- Fluency in Figma
- Ability to work from a rough brief or a conversation and produce something that moves the product forward
