Graphic Designer, Mid

The role involves performing as a Graphic Designer to create impactful visual materials supporting the client’s mission and brand identity, applying design principles to deliverables like FINTEL, logos, publications, and multimedia products while ensuring Section 508 compliance. Responsibilities also include managing multiple assignments accurately and collaboratively engaging with stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements for government or defense-sector priorities.

Responsibilities

• Apply graphic design skills to create a wide range of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards
• Leverage design principles to craft visually appealing assets
• Manage multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively within a team of designers and engage with senior designers for feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience working within the government or defense sectors
• Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
