Senior UI-UX-Designer (f/m/x)

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design projects for the kaufDA app, driving product discovery and translating insights into high-quality, scalable design solutions. This role involves actively contributing to the design system and advocating for design excellence across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from discovery to final implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma
• Drive product discovery processes, facilitate workshops, and actively contribute to defining product strategy
• Translate research insights, user feedback, and data into clear design solutions and product improvements
• Own and evolve components within our design system, ensuring scalability and long-term consistency
• Act as a design quality advocate, ensuring excellence and coherence across touchpoints

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and/or app), with proven ownership of complex, end-to-end design projects
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including scalable component systems and design system governance
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, research methodologies, and data-informed iteration
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1–C2), with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
