The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of digital experiences for banking products across web, mobile, and new channels, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This involves transforming customer insights and data into high-quality flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating closely with product, technology, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital experiences for banking products and services
- Transform customer insights and data into high-quality designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, data, and business teams
- Facilitate discovery workshops, design thinking, and co-creation with stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems and experience standards
- Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Promote good UX practices and a customer-centered culture
- Ensure accessible, inclusive, and intuitive experiences across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
- Experience in designing and evolving digital products and services
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments and agile methodologies
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector (preferred)
- Academic degree in design, HCI, computer science, or a related field
- Additional training in UX, UI, design thinking, or related areas (preferred)
- Portuguese language skills (required)
- English language skills (required)
- Spanish language skills (preferred)
