UX Designer

The UX Designer will own the UX design for assigned features from concept through release, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features across consumer-facing digital experiences like web and native apps. Responsibilities include translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, while contributing to design systems and leveraging testing to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX design for assigned features from concept through release, ensuring solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, QA, Customer Care, and Retail teams to design and deliver new features across consumer-facing digital experiences (web, native app, email)
- Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes across multiple viewports and devices
- Design high-quality UI components and interactions, including motion elements when appropriate to enhance usability and engagement
- Work within existing information architecture frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency across digital experiences
- Leverage CRO practices, usability testing, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and iteratively improve customer experiences
- Identify usability issues using customer feedback, analytics, and operational insights, and recommend UX improvements that enhance the shopping experience
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
- Present UX and UI concepts to cross-functional partners and leadership to drive alignment and support decision-making
- Actively participate in design critiques, presenting work for feedback and offering constructive input on others' designs
- Support and occasionally guide junior designers through feedback and collaboration
- Produce ad-hoc design assets or exploratory concepts as needed in support of broader team initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site at least three days per week
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and presenting in English
- Digital portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and visual execution
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma
- Strong working knowledge of UX design processes, best practices, and methodologies
- Ability to balance technical constraints, company goals, and customer needs to deliver effective digital experiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
