Senior Product Designer, ROS

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces within the Roblox Operating System (ROS) team, aiming to unify the internal ecosystem and reduce coordination overhead. This role involves deep collaboration with product and engineering to translate complex technical needs into elegant, self-service tools, often involving AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Builder Experience: Lead end to end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces, reviving critical but under supported initiatives to significantly reduce coordination overhead and friction across day to day workflows
• Unify the internal ecosystem: Evaluate and elevate a fragmented landscape of internal tools, creating tighter and more intuitive connections between work tracking, growth and performance workflows, and knowledge discovery to shape a cohesive platform that teams genuinely enjoy using
• Bridge design and engineering: Collaborate closely with product leaders across multiple domains and with backend engineering partners, navigating complex technical and data constraints while consistently protecting experience quality and design integrity

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on solving complex, systems-level problems in highly technical enterprise environments
• Domain expertise in data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, internal productivity platforms, or developer tooling
• Experience in AI/LLM design, with a background in defining user interfaces for agentic workflows, Work Intelligence platforms, or intelligent automation
• Expert-level command of modern design stacks
• High fluency in complex Figma environments (libraries, tokens, file architecture) and seamlessly integrate AI-augmented workflows into your practice
