Senior UX Researcher - Product Insights

The Senior UX Researcher will independently plan, execute, and deliver high-impact user research, leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies to inform product strategy and design. Key duties include analyzing data, synthesizing findings into compelling narratives, and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data Science partners.

Responsibilities

• Research Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, and usability testing
• Analysis & Insight Development: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, themes, and actionable insights
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to ensure research is understood and applied
• AI-Enabled Research Workflows: Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to support research tasks such as transcription, summarization, and thematic analysis
• Project Management: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience conducting user research in industry, agency, or consulting environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute end-to-end research using a broad range of methods
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and storytelling skills
• Experience translating research findings into actionable product recommendations
• Fluency with AI-assisted research tools
