Staff Product Designer

The role involves leading multiple product areas, defining the future of data analytics, and owning product areas from design concept through release. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to seek end-user feedback and advance solutions for product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple areas of the product and help to define the future of data analytics
- Work with a talented, down to earth set of data obsessed people who iterate, learn, grow, and ship value to customers together
- Design simple and elegant designs that will delight business users as they explore data and generate insights
- Own areas of the product from design concept to their release
- Work with our PM, research, customer success and support teams, to actively seek end-user product feedback and collaboratively advance solutions to improve product adoption and utilization
Requirements
- 12+ years experience of interaction design
- Experience driving Vision and future thinking
- Experience leading multiple areas and presenting new directions to leadership
- Demonstrably strong interaction design fundamentals with a flair for visual appeal
- Proven track record of designing commercially successful, world-class software
- Capable of working autonomously, leading complex design projects and delivering high quality design solutions
- Capable of rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation
- Bachelor or Masters with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design or related field
- Expert on Figma
