Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for major product initiatives, including research, concept, visual design, and delivery, while also designing for complex systems like multi-user workflows and permissions. They will lead user research, translate insights into product improvements, and own the design system and visual language.
Responsibilities
- Own design for major product initiatives end to end (research to concept to visual design to delivery)
- Design for complex systems - multi-user workflows, permissions, integrations - and make them feel simple
- Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Own our design system and visual language
- Champion user experience across the company, balancing craft with business impact
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience designing SaaS or workflow products
- Hold a high bar for craft and usability, and consistently push for exceptional user experiences
- Start-up experience is a must: you must be able to move fast without cutting corners
- Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
- Have built out a design system and scaled it across multiple surfaces
