The role involves creating concepts and designs for intelligent, simple, and effective interfaces, connecting business strategy with user experience to deliver simple and easy-to-use solutions. Responsibilities also include prototyping, mapping user flows and journeys, conducting usability tests, and analyzing data to generate insights for experience improvement.
Responsibilities
- Create concepts and designs for intelligent, simple, and effective interfaces
- Measure data and product objectives
- Connect business strategy with user experience
- Create prototypes of low, medium, and high fidelity
- Map user flows and journeys
- Conduct usability tests with users
- Analyze data to generate insights and improve the experience
- Deliver the best digital investment experience to customers
Requirements
- Experience with Figma
- Previous experience with digital product development
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to structure concepts and problems to manage projects
- Familiarity with web analytics data to inform design decisions
- Experience with communication and presentation of ideas
