Lead Web Designer (Remote Eligible - Costa Rica)

The Lead Web Designer will be the primary visual force for marketing products, creating high-converting landing pages, interactive web experiences, and digital campaigns, while also developing task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on data. This role involves providing assets and specifications for UI implementation, rapidly iterating designs for testing, and maintaining/scaling the marketing design system in Figma and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving visual force for marketing our product, crafting high-converting landing pages, interactive web experiences, and engaging digital campaigns
• Create task flows, wireframes, and low- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes based on user and business data
• Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for UI implementation throughout the development process
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes and designs for A/B testing and experimentation

Requirements

• 8+ years experience designing exceptional experiences for complex, data-driven web and mobile applications
• Experience designing simple solutions for complex problems
• Passion for and understanding of the full human-centered design process
• Strong interaction design and prototyping skills
• High degree of proficiency with UX/UI Tools (Figma, XD, Zeplin, etc) and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
